Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 harley davidson fxdse. The contact stated that the vehicle stalls during deceleration. While driving approximately 5 mph, the lock steering detached from the vehicle. While approaching a stop, the vehicle stalled and caused the contact to fall and break his foot. The dealer replaced the oem board module; however, the failure recurred two days later. He took the vehicle back to the dealer and they replaced the gas tank and the handle bars. A week later, the failure recurred. The contact filed a complaint with the manufacturer. The vehicle is currently in the possession of the dealer.
